Your responsibilities - Competency mapping: Identify key requirements from a job description and in some cases work closely with the clients for the creation of appropriate Job Description - Passive/Active sourcing : Develop and execute passive sourcing strategies on LinkedIn and other major sourcing channels &amp; build a predictive pipeline of strong candidates - Candidature development : Engage &amp; attract business &amp; technology leaders by pitching appropriate open positions effectively and professionally - Account management: Engage with hiring managers/hr managers from client companies to ensure timely feedback and smooth candidate experience - Maintaining a steady flow of candidates for all assigned positions by performing regular sourcing, phone-screening, follow up and candidate engagement tasks - Developing strong working relationships with clients, candidates and team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility Apply if :&nbsp; - You are comfortable working from a cozy but casual office setup (founder's apartment) for the first 6 months.&nbsp; Office Location - https://goo.gl/maps/uS52siPbpA42 - You have 2 - 3 years of talent acquisition experience in a startup / tech company - You are willing to put in the extra effort and not give up until you find the right match - You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills - You have a go-get-stuff-done attitude, you are ready to hustle to get things done - You are willing to go the extra mile to ensure excellent client &amp; candidate experience Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
