Role and Responsibilities : - Handling Infrastructure development projects (including PPP projects) in various sectors such as in power, roads, ports, railways, airports, Special Economic Zones (SEZs), Telecom, oil and gas sectors. - Drafting and vetting of Power Purchase Agreement, Concession Agreements, EPC, O&amp;M, Financing Contracts, Bidding document drafting and advisory - Represent clients during each phase of the PPP process, from the initial concept to the bid process, to permitting and construction, and, finally, financing of the project. - Due diligence for a clear title in land acquisition, negotiation, documentation &amp; closure. - To liaise with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities. - Drafting bidding documents. - Financing contracts. Ideal Candidate : - Must hold L.L.M Degree from reputed law school with a strong record of academic success. - Experience of 3 years in project development, project finance and/or project acquisitions and dispositions. - Should be from Reputed Law Firms in India - Knowledgeable in energy law and policy, and utility regulatory matters.
