Senior Associate - Private Equity - Law Firm - LLB

We are looking for Senior Associate Private Equity with one of the leading LAW FIRM in Mumbai

Position: Senior Associate Private Equity

Role Description:

He/she will be responsible for:

- Advising and assisting on both offshore/domestic private equity investment funds and Indian companies and promoters in private equity investment deals.

- Conducting legal due diligence on the target companies/vendor due diligences representing the companies.

- Drafting transaction documents (term sheets, investment agreements, share subscription & shareholders agreements, closing documents to the transactions and the like).

- Providing opinions on foreign direct investment/overseas direct investment issues/ share transfer issues involving non-resident entities.

- Conducted legal, corporate, due diligence for both private and public sector companies.

- General Corporate Advisory.

Reporting Structure:

The role reports to the Partner.

Job Location: Mumbai

Education and Experience:

- 4-7 years of post qualification experience in Corporate Private Equity Advisory and Transactions.

- LLB from tier I and II institutes.

- Excellent Communication Skills.
