Senior Associate - Private Equity

- Manage private investment portfolio for UHNI's family offices.

- Conduct primary and secondary research about the industry to identify key drivers and assess risks in sectors of interest.

- Regular assessment and screening of investment opportunities, design pitch decks and investment memos.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build complex financial models to estimate the valuation of private investments including startups, using methodologies like DCF, market multiple, IRR, etc.

- Coordinate with legal specialists, due diligence advisors, and consultants to perform end-to-end transactions.

- Lead calls with the target management, track operational performance of portfolio companies, and convey views to investors
