The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the law in addition to proven leadership qualities.   Responsibilities:   - Liaise and advise client on future course with respect to litigation, including civil, criminal, consumer and labour matters   - Appear before and effectively represent clients on judicial, quasi-judicial and government authorities   - Brief counsel and senior counsel on matters   - Provide strategic advice to clients   - Manage and lead a team of counsel   Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:   - Fluency in writing and reading English   - Knowledge of Kannada will be an added bonus.  - Must be articulate   - Team player   - Extensive research skills   - Time management   - Good communication skills (oral and written)   - Confidentiality   Credentials and Experience:   - Must have a basic degree in law   - Must have over 6 years of relevant experience in litigation with a well established law firm.   Compensation:   - Commensurate to experience
