Sr Associate - M&E

- Develop and execute a work plan for data capture and reporting against project performance indicators and emergent project information needs.

- Identify and implement the appropriate information-gathering approach to inform knowledge gaps that are relevant for project decision-making.

- Design Research forms, surveys, and indices for the data management system.

- Develop and manage regular data quality assessments, data cleaning and data analysis

- Conduct field visits to understand the context and identify new areas of investigation to add rigor to sampling and thereby enhance Data analysis

- Develop advanced analytical and qualitative reports

- Provide technical assistance and training to M&E and program staff on their role in performing data collection, analysis, review, and use.

- Review, analyze, and present findings from monitoring reports and other collected data to identify insights and suggest approaches on studies and project implementation strategy

- Create significant monthly and quarterly insights and Annual Impact reports for all projects IV.
