- Strong experience in Merger and acquisition (M&amp;A) - M&amp;A experience in Big consulting firms - Solid knowledge in Financial Accounting - Financial Analysis and Budgeting management - Managing Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, IRR/NPV calculations, Balanced Scorecards, business analytics tools. - Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and their application - Handling automated financial and accounting reporting system - Excellent technical and computer-based skills and excellent knowledge in MS applications - Excellent verbal and written command of English and ability to produce independently reports for management use. - Willingness to travel for business purposes and relocate, if needed. - Preference will be given to Chennai based candidates
