Position: Sr. Associate / Manager Valuation Location: Delhi Qualification: CA (First Attempt) or MBA Finance Sr Associate: 2-4 years Post Qualification Experience Manager : 4+ years Post Qualification Job Responsibilities: - Valuation specialization within the M&A Practice - Valuation in the context of Arbitration and Litigation - Preparing valuation models, performing but for analysis in the context of disputes and drafting deliverables discovery requests, expert reports, valuation reports etc. - Valuation of tangible & intangible assets. Candidate Profile: - CA or MBA with 2-8 years of Post Qualification experience in the Valuation team of a Big 4 accounting firm - Should have experience of handling Indian Clients. - Excellent MS Office skills - Key skills: M&A valuations, JV valuations, Purchase Price Allocations, Fairness opinions, ESOP valuations, RBI and FEMA valuations, Financial Modelling including VBA based Modelling - Candidates with prior experience of contentious valuations, valuations in dispute scenarios would be preferred Salary 14L - 25L Fixed + Variable Pay (15% - 20%)
