Gurgaon - Manager-9+ Years Experience

Job Role:

- Talent planning

- Complete Recruitment Cycle-sourcing to on boarding

- Vendor Management-Keep a check on vendor performance and feedback, conduct due diligence and audits.

- Team Management - Make sure all individual KRAs and KPIs are met

- MIS Reporting- Make sure all reports are send with zero defects to the designated authorities.

Requirement:

- Any Graduation and MBA (Both Full time)

- BPO/BPS Hiring Experience

- Extensive Volume/Bulk Hiring Experience

- Excellent Communication skills
