Our client is a leading financial consulting firm and is looking to hire across multiple positions (Senior Associate/ Manager/ Senior Manager) in the Finance Change and Controls team (UK-based):
Key job responsibilities:
- Evaluate and/ or document clients' IFRS 17 accounting and disclosure policies/ data for compliance with the Standard
- Evaluate or help develop clients' IFRS 17 calculation tools and develop clients' financial reporting systems
- Evaluate internal controls implemented by clients' over their financial reporting processes
Required candidate:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Post qualifying experience in the insurance industry. This can be life insurance, general insurance, or reinsurance. This experience could have been gained working either in the industry or professional services
- Great communication skills, good command over English
- Prior experience in IFRS 17 (for managers and senior managers this is a must)
- Prior experience of working in SOX/ controls
Location: Mumbai
The clients will be based out of UK, but office timings will be as per regular India time.
