Post Merger Integration Role
- Sell, lead and deliver carve-outs, post-merger integration and operational due diligence assignments with focus on Integration
- Develop integration vision and strategy
- Recommend design principles, target operating model and assess readiness
- Undertake detailed functional integration planning and deliver effective Integration management
Carve-out and separation:
- Evaluate exit readiness and develop separation strategy
- Evaluate financial and operational interdependencies, standalone and one-off costs
- Define high-level separation road map and transitional services requirements including impact of separation on retained business
Synergy assessment:
- Identify areas of potential synergies / dis-synergies and establish the degree of integration required
- Define road map for delivery of synergies and advise on synergy benefits tracking
- Work experience across whole deal cycle from pre-deal due-diligence and synergy reviews to post merger integration, separation/carve-out assignments and synergy assessment.
- Ability to provide deep insights on aspects of M&A transaction that are relevant and valued by clients and readers of the Due Diligence reports
- Business development skills with demonstrable sales track record
- Programme management experience and track record of successful delivery of large, complex change programmes
- Exposure to the Technology, Media, Telecom sector is preferred, not mandatory
