Job Function : Coding Operations for Senior Associate Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations, productivity, and quality.

Job Description :

- Good analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in accurately coding medical records utilizing ICD-9-CM and CPT conventions especially emergency room coding and other multi specialty.

- Strong ability to interpret medical records of the patients.

- Ability to communicate, have excellent interpersonal, listening skills and organizational skills.

- Can work in toughest of conditions, able to handle diverse clients.

- Able to work under pressure and deliver expected daily productivity targets.

- Planning for Daily/Monthly Production for the team.

- Client communications through emails and teleconference call to deliver the customer expectations with excellent communication skills.

- Team building and Team Development.

- Take steps for attrition control.

Client Management :

- Client Communication and handling Client issues (Coding Lead on Client Support)

- Project Analysis and Reports (MIS In-charge & deliver Client SLAs)

Qualifications :

Consideration for the role of Coding Operations Senior Associate Manager requires all of the following :

- Bachelor or Master Degree from a certified Organization.

- AAPC or AHIMA certification.

- Supervisory experience preferred minimum of 9+ yrs

- Excellent client and customer relations skills required.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) preferred.
