We are looking for a Sr. Associate to work as part of the transactions team in M&A and Private Equity. The role will report to a VP and help the team in preparation of financial model, IM, comparables and supporting on due diligence coordination. Details of role with include end to end transaction services support such as 1. Market research in M&A transactions to find out buyers 2. Analysis on comparables to be presented internally and to investors 3. Liasing with CFO and key stakeholders to build a detailed financial plan 4. Liasing with promoters to build information memorandum and pitch books 5. Coordinate due diligence with legal and financial teams 6. Support the team on deal documentation and closure Require CA or MBA with at least 1-2 year of I-banking experience. Candidate must be client facing with good communication skills. Opportunity to be part of one of the largest I-banks based on South India. Remuneration will be commensurate with industry standards.
