Senior Associate - M&A/Private Equity/Debt Syndication - Investment Banking Firm

Looking for young candidate with flair to excel in Investment Banking. The candidate will have to work on M&A, Private Equity and Debt Syndication. The company also invests in start ups so the candidate will get exposure in managing the portfolio companies as well. The broad requirements of the job would be as follows:

- Well versed with excel and financial modelling

- Should be able to independently make financial business plan.

- Working Knowledge of various valuation methodologies.

- Should be able to independently prepare pitch book / presentations/ information Memorandums with quality output.

- Should be able to independently read the annual reports and interpret them and analyse client data / evaluate business opportunity.

- Should have working knowledge of various accounting and related regulatory requirements.

- Capable of smoothly handling regular interaction and co-ordination with Clients / Lenders / Investors.

- Ensure timely reporting and updating on critical issues to management/clients etc.

- Developing potential client list / Invester list and help setting up meeting.

- Provide research input / market data with analysis.

- Efficiently use of available corporate / research database.

- Assist MD & CEO in his various business endeavours.
