Job Description:  - Execution of M&A, Private Equity transactions and general corporate law advisory  - Work with Partners to execute technical as well as non-technical assignments  - Manage and service allocated client accounts which will include participation in client meetings, attending to calls from clients, etc  - Supervise team of interns, associates and fine tune their output  - Manage own time and time of resources effectively to ensure multiple client assignments can be efficiently delivered  - Take lead on interaction with the regulatory authorities  - Be responsible for overall project management and ensure timely reporting / discussions with the Partners  - Assist partners in business promotion initiatives viz research on specific sectors/ industries, preparing powerful presentation, etc  Requirements :  - 4/5 years relevant PQE (PE/VC, M&A/ corporate debt)   - Sound Knowledge of basic and advanced aspects of general and corporate laws.  - Practical experience in drafting of commercial contracts  - Significant experience in working on Indian and International corporate transactions and advisory assignments  - Experience in working on FDI Policy, FEMA, RBI regulations, SEBI regulations and Companies Act related assignments  - Industry specific exposure would provide a competitive advantage.  - Analytical ability  - Good drafting skills  Qualification: LLB  If interested, please call Jyoti on 7045597424 or mail your resume
