Senior Associate - Litigation & Arbitration - Law Firm

1. Should have Knowledge of CPC, Arbitration and Conciliation Act., and other Civil Laws.

2. Should be aware of the changes in legal scenario and updated with latest developments.

3. Experience of court/tribunal appearances.

4. Experience in drafting of agreements, suits, written statements, writs, counter affidavits, rejoinders, appeals, contempt petitions, miscellaneous applications, affidavits/replies, notices, etc.

5. Candidate should have the capability of legal research.
