Role Description :
The Senior Associate will work with the Financial Services Partner (Based at Mumbai) across all aspects of the executive search/leadership hiring (CxO level) process ranging from preparation for business development meetings including market research and drafting proposals; developing search strategies; drafting position specifications; identifying, screening, and vetting candidates; creating candidate reports and assessments; creating weekly client-ready status reports on search progress; referencing and creating reference reports; and will be involved in broader client management. The Senior Associate role is a highly visible role with strong career track potential for the right individual.

High Level Requirements :
- Must have 4-10 years of work experience and deep domain understanding of the Financial Services industry - either working with a Financial Services or a Consulting organization
- Graduate degree in any specialization; MBA from a premier B-school like IIMs/XLRI/FMS/ISB is preferred
- A passion for leadership hiring/consulting and a maturity to hold conversations with C-level executives (candidates and clients)
- An ownership mindset with a strong bias for action
- Open to considering candidates who bring in a strong domain/ consulting skill-set, but may not have Talent Acquisition experience
