Senior Associate/Lead - Treasury - Mid Office - NBFC

We have an opportunity with the leading NBFC for the role of Sr Associate/Lead - Treasury - Mid Office.

Job Location : Delhi

Job Description :

ALM and Risk Management :

- Overall responsibility of liquidity risk and interest rate risk management

- Tracking economic and regulatory changes to present a detailed financial impact of the same

- Competitor's analysis of Borrowings and Cost of Funds

Fund Transfer Pricing and Business Partner :

- Partnering businesses to work out a suitable cost of fund for their Line of Businesses

- Establishing Fund Transfer Pricing Mechanism and maintaining the same

Capital Adequacy Management :

- Managing various levers of Capital Adequacy for efficient capital utilization

Investor Relations :

- Handling various queries of investors, Rating Agencies, Internal Stake-holders

- Ownership of various investor decks, CMA, QIS, portfolio cuts for Rating Agencies

- Continuously updating the Information Memorandum, policies and other standardized documents

Economic Research :

- Continuous research on economy, debt markets, Insurance companies and Corporates to enable the Treasury make a more informed decision on funding

Borrowing Management :

- Ensuring maintenance of Treasury systems and implementing all treasury related processes

- Finalization of monthly / quarterly / yearly Cost of Borrowing and other associated costs

- Handling auditors, RBI, tax auditors, Bank auditors in matters relating to Treasury

Candidates must have experience in Housing Finance companies & NBFC.
