About the Role : - A Talent Acquisition specialist focuses on the full life cycle of recruiting, including succession planning, sourcing, candidate screening, management training, legal compliance, and reporting. - The specialist will be responsible for HR Onboarding including planning, organizing and facilitating Day One Induction. - Working closely with Talent Acquisition Leader, India and HR enabling functions on various aspects listed below and as &amp; when new projects/initiatives need to be implemented. - Role will include providing high impact deliverables, stakeholder management and enhanced people experience with a focus on supporting Job Specifications : - Responsible for End to End IT and Non IT recruitment life cycle. - Hands on technical recruiting experience for all levels and technologies. - Hands on hiring for Non technical roles in the similar space. - Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews) - Work closely with the hiring managers, interview coordination and status updates. - Have a strong understanding of any recruitment ATS platforms. - Responsible for thorough compensation negotiations with candidates and minimizing Offer drops. - Responsible to hire through cost effective channels. - Organize and facilitate our company's onboarding procedures for new hires . - Gather recruitment network and market intelligence. - Effectively managing business communication with internal stakeholders. - Responsible for providing industry knowledge to clients on market intelligence and act as a talent advisor - Meeting deadline as per SLA, Managing and maintaining requisition status in the define tool. - Responsible for development and monitoring of candidate engagement programs. - Monitor service delivery and deadlines for recruitment &amp; selection as per the project plan. - Provide industry knowledge to clients on candidate sourcing and availability of profiles. - Mentor recruiters to improve productivity &amp; efficiency. - Responsible to design initiatives and run it effectively for TA function improvement. - Data Analysis &amp; reporting to business. Knowledge and Skill Requirements : - Post graduate / Master's degree, MCA, B.tech, graduate in any discipline. - 5+ years of overall experience in hiring non technology roles and technology talent. - Onboarding Experience is an added advantage. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - A high-level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - A desire to constantly learn. - Cross skilling/ Up-skilling is the key driver. - Strong inter personal skills ; ability to identify problems and provide solutions, maintain confidentiality and sensitivity around critical areas.
