SENIOR ASSOCIATE - KM (OPERATIONS)
- Assist in building a knowledge database by tracking legal developments, summarising them accurately, and circulating them within the Firm on a real-time basis. Oversee junior members tracking and reviewing summaries prepared by them.
- Collect, redact, tag, and upload firm memos and notes in the firm's database.
- Oversee maintenance of transactional lawyers' KM and training passports which record their attendance/ compliance with various training sessions and KM programs.
- Understand the requirements of stakeholders and respond to their requests promptly.
- Assist Head in planning and running KM Operations & Training programs (internal and external trainers) as may be required from time to time.
- Assist Head in finalizing training curriculum for transactional lawyers based on previous feedback and after considering the gaps identified. Help in identifying trainers and workshops, year on year.
- Assist Head with budget planning and effective use of resources.
- Anticipate and identify the needs of the team and mentor junior team resources and help in the proper integration of the team.
- Proactively help the team in innovating to improve and update current processes where necessary.
- Effectively delegate work to and mentor junior members, provide constructive and timely feedback, and track their progress.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- EDUCATION LEVEL- LL.B. degree from a recognized educational institution.
- EXPERIENCE- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
