Senior Associate - Investor Servicing - AIF

- Be point of contact for the closure of investor and distributor queries across Funds.

- Understand investor requirements and provide appropriate information to meet their requirements.

- Strict adherence to TAT's for closure of queries, data requirements, complaints etc.

- Maintaining MIS (daily, weekly, etc.)

- Undertaking various AIF related processes like transfers, pledge, drawdowns, distributions etc.

- Coordinating with internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, compliance, investments team, senior management etc.) and external stake holders (fund administrators, service providers, vendors etc.)

- Assist in onboarding investors (individual and non-individual) at the time of new fund raise.

- Ensuring timely submission and reporting requirements for Funds.

- Enhancing client and distributor servicing experience

- Strong knowledge and understanding of Fund structures & AIF's

- Strong communication skills - both oral and written

- Functional capabilities like coordination, team player

- Proficient in MS Offic
