A tier 1 Investment Banking Mumbai/ Bangalore: looking for an Investment Banker in the IT Tech sector having M&A fund raising experience Associate, Sr. Associate, AVP/Sr. AVP. No specific budget We are looking to hire for senior AVP for IT services, details given below: Profile: - Someone with 6-8 years of overall experience with at least 3-4 years in IB covering ITES & IT services. - MBA is not a must have, if he / she has one, not more that 3-4 years post MBA - The candidates should have front end IB experience - Depending on the profile we are open to hire for an Associate 3 level as well - Organizations that you may look at: Avendus, O3, Indigo edge/Big 4 /BDA/Spark or any mid-market IB. - Location: flexible (Mumbai/Bangalore) - CTC: Depends based on profile (Range: INR 32- 39 lacs) Skillsets: - Financial analysis- balance sheet analysis, business model (not financial model review) - Financial modelling and ppt skills - Presentation skills: Articulation of thoughts - Soft skills: Error free work/ attention to detail, keenness to learn. Apart from the earlier JD, They are seeking additional hires: Could we initiate a new search for experienced associates / AVPs - Total work ex of 4-7 years. MBA is not required, but if there is one, no more than 3-4 years after MBA - Strong preference for front end IB experience and ideally Tech coverage. - We can also be OK with back office roles and diligence back grounds, but in these cases, more 4 year type of total work experience (i.e. someone who can be a second year or third year associate). - Let's specifically target Big4s, IBs like Spark and Axis and back offices for bulge brackets
