Senior Associate - Infrastructure Consulting - Power & Utilities/Oil & Gas Domain - Consulting Firm

Location: Pan India

Experience: 4-7 years- experience

As a Senior Associate, you- ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Managers and above

- Be involved in the financial management of clients

- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

- Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen

- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges

- Assist in delivery of large projects

- Train, coach, and supervise staff

- Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

- Continue to develop internal relationships and your The organization brand

Preferred Qualifications :

- 4 to 7 years of experience in the technology domain for Power & Utilities, Oil & Gas

- Demonstrates extensive knowledge in designing and implementing smart technology applications for Power and Utilities or Oil and Gas clients.

- Experience in the improvement of business processes leveraging technology in the Power and Utilities/Oil and Gas Sector 

- Understanding of common issues faced by Power and Utilities clients

- Understanding of progressive Utilities- enterprise architecture and integrations

- Experience working on at least one of the following or similar applications - Siemens EnergyIP MDM, Oracle MDM, Oracle CC&B, IBM Maximo, SAP-ISU etc.
