Senior Associate - Healthcare Analytics

About Client :

- Our client is one of the leading US based pharmaceutical companies with offices present in more than 15 countries across the world. Our client is looking for a Senior Associate in Analytics who comes with excellent understanding of pharma industry with hands on experience in statistical tools like SAS and SQL.

The Role :

While working out of their Bangalore office, you will be responsible for :

- Structure the approach and deliverables for multiple analytics engagements simultaneously

- Manage communication and project delivery between India and global teams

- Responsible for monthly execution and maintenance of the analytic data mart and other analytic platforms, i.e. 360 Customer View, etc.

- Manage team members proactively

- Help junior members develop the analytics path to align with overall project objective

- Responsible for checking the methodology and results used by team

- Demonstrate in-depth understanding and application of core analytic processes and data supporting them

- Work with global sales team and devise sales force effectiveness strategies

- Develop storylines and make presentations

Successful Candidate :

As a successful candidate you must have :

- Master's Degree in a quantitative analysis discipline, i.e. Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science

- At least 4 years of analytics experience in pharmaceutical domain

- Experience in commercial operations like sales territory alignment, sales force compensation strategy, multi-channel strategy

- Experience in working on healthcare claims data for various analysis related to (but not limited to) care management, fraud, abuse and wastage analysis, population health management

- Experience with analysis and management of large databases

- Experience with pharmaceutical sales and marketing data

- Excellent proficiency in SAS, SQL and Excel
