Senior Associate - General Corporate - Law Firm - LLB

We have an opportunity for Senior Associate General Corporate with one of the Law Firm in Delhi.

Position: Senior Associate General Corporate

Position Reports to: Principal Associate

Job Responsibilities:

- Drafting opinions on legal matters, including under Companies Act, etc.

- Conducting due diligence.

- Drafting and vetting of agreements.

- Conducting legal research and analysis.

- General legal/transactional advisory.

Experience:

- Candidate should have experience of 4 to 6 years with a reputed (corporate) Law Firm.

Educational Qualifications:

- Law graduate from a premier Law School.

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Good at client management.

A good team player.

- Strong networking skills.
