Senior Associate - Finance & Operation/Fund Investment Operation - CA

CA with 5-6 years of Experience in Fund Investment Operations, compliance, and Investor relations. Well-versed with PE Fund set up, and SEBI AIF regulations.

1. Fund operations and compliance management :

- Handle capital calls, distributions, management fees and expense allocations for new investments and liquidity events for Fund

- Coordinating with onshore and offshore administrators on accounting, capital account statements, compliance, secretarial, regulatory and investor requests.

- Handle semi annual portfolio valuations coordinating with external valuers

- Finalizing statutory and IFRS audits of Fund entities in coordination with local and big 4 auditors

- Oversee regulatory and tax Compliance management for Fund and investment manager entities including under SEBI AIF regulations, Cos Act, RBI, IT, GST, etc. filings with support from outsourced accountants and consultants.

- Monitor and review the cashflows, treasury, financial positions and budgets of Fund and General partner

- Ensure appropriate documentation of corporate and financial transactions while co-ordinating with accountants and company secretary

- Ensure corporate governance, regulatory filings and other compliances done by Investee Cos in co-ordination with the CFOs, and finance teams.

2. Investor Relations:

- Prepare investor specific reports (MIS) as agreed under contribution agreement / side letters for domestic and global institutional investors - KPI, Fund performance and other reports.

- Ensure compliance of reporting obligations under SEBI AIF regulations, Contribution and side letter agreements including Qtly Portfolio update reports, NAV.

- Participate in handling Investor due diligence for new Fund raise

- Provide need based financial and legal information on deals to investors

3. Transaction Support (as required) :

- Assistance in managing the process of various due diligence including financial, integrity, ESG while co-ordinating with diligence partners

- Managing the closing of entry and exit transactions ensuring closing documentation and actions are carried out as per agreements
