Senior Associate - Family Investment Office

Our Client is a serial entrepreneur within the Financial Services space and has successfully built and exited a very large lending platform.

They are now building up the core team for private Investment office focused on listed equities and Alternatives.

The role would be based in Jaipur and would closely work with the Founder across portfolio investment into direct equities and strategic investments within Financial services.

Primary Responsibilities would include :

- New deal development and analysis - networking with investment banks, research sell side platforms and other sources for deal generation, validation of industry thesis, development of investment angles, competitive industry and market analysis leading to a recommendation

- Participate in all aspects of the investment process including: deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction structuring, closing and monitoring investments.

- Learning and following the dynamics of the industries covered; building relationships with management teams, the firm's senior advisors, as well as external advisors and industry experts; identifying attractive investment themes and opportunities; gathering and synthesizing industry and market data.

They are looking to hire a few Associates in the team with preferably 4-6 years of experience in Equity Research, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Family office or other buy side firms with good exposure to listed equities investment.
