Senior Associate - Executive Search - Recruitment Firm - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (2-7 yrs)

What we are looking for:

- A Values driven person with strong acumen for knowledge assimilation and research with excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).

- Must have strong research skills, using both primary and secondary research to do industry and organization mapping 

- A focus on consultative and relationship driven approach towards handling talent acquisition mandates.

- Ability to think beyond established boundaries and means to search, source and acquire best fit talent while maintaining a values and integrity driven approach to work.

- Confident to interact with senior industry professionals to understand their career needs and a strong drive to achieve a win-win for individual professionals and the employer organisations.

- A self motivated person with an excellence driven mindset for producing stellar outcomes for our clients.

- 2-7 years of experience in the corporate world in any domain but must possess the above mentioned research driven approach and excellence driven mindset.

- Those with experience as a recruiter or providing research support with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a sourcing team of executive earch companies will have an added advantage.
