Senior Associate, Executive Search and HR Consultant


Summary:


We are seeking a seasoned Senior Associate, Executive Search and Hr Consultant with expertise in Technology, ITES, Big 4, Professional Services or related industries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing global mandates. As a Senior Associate, you will not only be responsible for identifying and recruiting top-tier talent but also for managing strategic HR initiatives for our clients. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of industry trends, and a passion for building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.

2.Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry events.

3.Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.

4.Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.

5.Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the selection process.

6.Manage offer negotiations and facilitate the closing of successful candidates.

7.Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing insights into market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence.

8.Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.

9.Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and talent acquisition best practices.

10.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, senior executives, and external partners.

11.Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of ongoing searches and recruitment efforts.

12.Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives for clients, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies.

13.Advise clients on HR best practices, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and foster a positive work environment.

14.Collaborate with client HR teams to address and resolve complex HR issues and challenges.

15.Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

16.Facilitate training and development programs to enhance client HR capabilities and skills.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

2. Proven experience as an Executive Search Consultant, preferably specializing in Technology, ITES, Big-4, Professional Services or related industries.

3. Extensive knowledge of global recruitment practices, particularly in the Middle East region.

4. Strong understanding of industry-specific terminology, trends, and challenges.

5. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.

6. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

7. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems, social media, and professional networking sites.

8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

9. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.

11. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or work from client location.
