Senior Associate/Engagement Manager - Consulting Firm

- As an Engagement Manager, you would be responsible for undertaking extensive business development activities while also working on multiple consulting projects for your clients.

- As a Senior Associate, you would be responsible for leading the projects, managing the teams and ensure that the consulting assignments are delivered effectively.

- Identify the pain points of the clients and work closely with them to deliver solutions for the same.

- Develop good working relationship with the clients during the project cycle.

- Interact and work with CXO level clients and present the solutions to the challenges they face effectively.

- Business development for the firm - create new working relationships and also try to increase the business from the existing clients.

- Work efficiently within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

- Lead the internal initiatives too, revolving around organisational development.

- Develop and closely oversee the performance of the team. Managing the performance of the associates working in the project forms a key part of the role.

- International travel also forms a key component of the role.
