Senior Associate Director - Specialist - Financial Reporting - Bank

About Our Client :

- Our client is a respected bank. We are looking for a seasoned professional for Risk Policy Formulation and Implementation role - Senior Associate Director for Mumbai.

Principal Responsibilities :

- Financial reporting & audit annual & quarterly accounts

- Responsible for co-ordination with the Statutory and Internal Auditors and to ensure timely completion of Audit

- Analytical Review of Company Financials for decision making.

- Co-ordinate, review and provide support through appropriate inputs/financials to the teams for the yearly/quarterly MIS reporting.

- Responsible for the preparation and filing of regulatory reports under SEBI, Companies Act etc.,

- Conduct the following tasks: Compliance and Reporting, process improvements, and risk and controls assessment.

CA / MBA with experience with considerable exposure in Financial Reporting & Audit in a BFSI setup.

- Banking experience

- Knowledge on accounting Software-Implementation

- Financial Reporting & Audit

- RBI Reporting & Finance Control Compliance.

- Working knowledge of IFRS accounting standards

- Policy Formation in compliance with RBI Guidelines

- CBS/GL Knowledge

- SEBI /Equity Listing Agreement.
