Senior Associate/Delivery Lead - Private Equity - Real Estate Sector

- Candidate must have relevant experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity with a Real Estate background

- Candidate must have experience in the International market.

- Must have Sector knowledge of real estate (particularly in financing and underwriting) in an analytical capacity

- Should possess strong technical knowledge on lease reviews, property and loan tapes, real estate financing and underwriting support, Funding Draw Requests (DRF) process, asset management, portfolio monitoring, etc.

- Strong written and communication skills with experience in client relationship management

- Experience on key databases (RCA, CoStar, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, Factiva, Argus, etc.). This is mandatory
