Key Responsibilities

1.To build a profitable robust Debt Syndication capability for the organization and deliver on Annual Targets on Fee and Book build up.

2.To recruit, Train and Manage Syndication Managers team in across Country.

3.To steward key and large relationships on Lenders as well as clients.

4.Support and drive deals originated by teams and build the Positive Industry Focus and capability.

5.To strengthen and manage Internal stakeholder relationships with Legal / Operations and Credit .

Primary Skills:

1.Strong Credit Understanding of industry, strong ability with Financial Statement Analysis

2.Relationship strength in building and managing relationships at CFO / Promoter level/ Senior levels in Lending Organizations.
