Senior Associate - Debt Restructuring - CFA/CPA

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough financial analysis and prepare comprehensive financial models to assess client needs and determine suitable debt structures.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial requirements, growth plans, and funding objectives.

- Develop detailed financing proposals and presentations for clients, highlighting key terms, conditions, and financial implications.

- Identify and evaluate potential lenders/investors, negotiate terms, and coordinate due diligence processes.

- Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution of debt syndication transactions.

- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and financing options to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.

- Provide ongoing support and advisory services to clients' post-transaction, including monitoring debt agreements and assisting with refinancing as necessary.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience in debt syndication, financial advisory, or corporate finance roles within a consulting firm or financial institution.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and debt financing instruments.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and formulate actionable insights.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.

- Proficiency in financial modeling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) or advanced training in financial analysis and debt structuring.
