Job Responsibilities :

- Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial assistance, and accounting advisory services.

- Analyze target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks.

- Will be responsible for analyzing and writing full sections in the FDD report.

- Will report directly to the manager in-charge.
