Senior Associate - Credit - Real Estate

Expected skill sets:

Designation: Senior Associate

- 5-8 years of experience in a Bank/NBFC/IPC

- Candidate should have worked in an origination/acquisition role

- Well-versed in India Credit, Distribution, and risk environment

- Result-oriented, ensures operational excellence in areas of responsibility, and delivers the best results. Takes active ownership of problems and provides timely and result-focused solutions. Remains outcome-driven.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to collaborate and influence external and internal stakeholders

- Strong in regulatory compliance, RBI guidelines, legal and risk assessment, and system orientation

- Part of RE Credit team -The incumbent will be responsible for growing our Real

- Estate book, through various channels & source new relationships with a focus on managing the quality of the credit portfolio
