Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with Group COOs to analyze financial data, challenge assumptions, and develop coherent plans of action.

- Manage delivery support, develop cost optimization plans, and influence effective decision-making.

- Lead troubleshooting efforts, implementing solutions based on industry best practices.

- Effectively delegate responsibilities, monitor team performance, and drive continuous improvement.

- Demonstrate exemplary conduct and ensure compliance with ethical standards, laws, and regulations.

- Utilize strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 8+ years of experience in financial planning and advisory/COO enablement.

- Banking/Global Business Services domain knowledge is advantageous.

- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial and creative problem-solving skills.

- Capability to drive independent workstreams within a broader team project.

- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

- Proven influencing and perseverance skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience in cross-functional global teams.

- Technical competencies include stakeholder management, financial analysis, and data analysis.

- Location - Bangalore/Chennai.
