Senior Associate - Corporate Legal - Law Firm - LLB/LLM

Our client is a top tier law firm. They are looking for Senior Associate for their Corporate practice.

Responsibilities :

1. Familiarity with company law, foreign exchange laws, contract law, etc.

2. Should have conducted legal due diligences;

3. Drafting, vetting, negotiating and advising on various types of transaction agreements with respect to M&A and business transfers;

4. Drafting, vetting, and finalizing various commercial agreement such as, distribution agreements, technology licensing agreements, technology assignment agreements, supply agreements, non-disclosure agreement, share pledge agreement, escrow agreements, power of attorneys, etc.;

Desired Candidate Profile :

(a) Be a Law Graduate / Post Graduate preferably from reputed law colleges

(b) Have experience of at least 5 years in any corporate law firm

(c) Has strong communication and interpersonal skills;

(d) Familiar with MS Office and online legal research.
