The position is for one of the top management consulting firms in the world.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing all operations related to performance review process
- Prepare meeting data, slides, insights on all consulting staff for review meetings, promotion meetings and performance management/ performance-based transitions and also responsible for preparing performance review decks.
- Stay updated on the performance and performance development needs of their cohort through open and on-going check-ins
- Track performance. Responsible for quality checking reviews for alignment with rating guidelines and to prevent ratings inflation
- Master all PD related systems and policies
- Front end all people initiatives pertaining to the allocated consulting cohorts and be the primary point of contact on any issues E.g. Employee integration and performance, attrition risk management, etc.
