Senior Associate Consultant - Business Strategy - IIT/NIT/DCE/NSIT

Hiring for a 2 years of experience in management and strategy consulting environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibility:

- Core capabilities: Go to market strategy, Growth strategy, Market/ industry research, Data analysis, Financial analysis, Competitive benchmarking, Understanding of research methodologies, business due diligence, desktop due diligence, excellent presentation material creation, data analysis.

- Business process mapping, gap analysis, process optimization, supply chain optimization (including network planning, warehouse optimization, inventory optimization), SOPs & KPIs development, procurement operations optimization.

- Support in pitching new clients which will include preparing pitching material and proposals

- Support project leader and members in meeting the project deliverables

- Ability to independently take care of a particular project module/ activity and takes its ownership and responsibility

- Self-motivated with capability to independently identify solutions of project challenges faced

- Open to work for varied consulting projects in multiple sectors

- Willing to travel across locations and working on multiple projects at a time

- Effective oral and written communication and teamwork skills with an ability to interact effectively with different levels of management, from office workers to "C" suite executives

Eligibility :

- Engineering from top institutes (IITs, NIT, DCE, NSIT)

- Knowledge of Databases such as CapitalIQ, CMIE, ISI Emerging Markets, Capitaline etc.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with specific focus on Power Point presentation and excel

- At least 1-2 years in management / strategy consulting environment
