Senior Associate - Channel Technology & Transformation for a Leading Bank

- Leading the respective tracks mentioned alongside from business with deeper focus on both functional & technology aspects

- Involved in business interactions, updates, closures, solutioning and work plans for the respective tracks along with Digital Factory, Product, IT teams

- Managing the product with key focus on its end-to-end management

- Ensure that the Product meets the expectations of all the stakeholders and undertake necessary actions to enhance the product features and transactions

- Assist the Channels in increasing the business through the specific product/ platform and meeting the targets

- Drive digital innovation and AI banking, in order to improve overall banking experience for all customers.

- Product Build & Maintenance

- Driving the usage and adoption of the product in the channel

- Regular tracking of the product usage through project planning tools

- Regular monitoring of the Product uptime and ensure that downtime issues are resolved at the earliest

- Identifying and RCA of the downtime issues

Digital Transformation:

- Research emerging technologies, innovations and latest product/process improvement launches in BFSI sector, and generate actionable ideas / concepts (use cases) related to these upcoming technologies

- Co-ordinate with different teams like BTG/IT, Audit, ISG, Compliance, Business and ensure their approvals for product launch and execution

- Ensure go-live for digital projects under transformation, support management and co-ordination for the project from concept initiation to Go LIVE

- Monitor projects/campaign/process performance w.r.t business ROI - Revenue & Cost Savings

Product Enhancements:

- Identifying the product enhancements scope

- Review of next steps and progress with key stakeholders including business, BTG, IT and vendor

- Approvals from Product, ISG, Audit, Compliance

- Planning test cases and end to end workflow with business, IT and Product teams

- Review of test cases and their results and making final execution plan with business / IT/Vendor

Project Management:

- Organizing project plan and know -how of agile way of work

- Approvals from Product, ISG, Audit, Compliance

- Review of next steps and progress with key stakeholders including BTG, DAP, IT

- Planning test cases and end to end workflow with Business, IT and Product teams

- Review of test cases and their results and making final execution plan with BPRG / IT/Vendor

- Team Work/ Collaboration

- Building a collaborative cohesive environment in the team

- To extend help to team members to grow and evolve
