Senior Associate - Banking & Finance Practice - LLM - Law Firm

Client: Our Client has consistently been ranked as one of the top tier law firms in India across its diverse areas of practice.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Drafting and negotiation of the loan (term and working capital), security restructuring, closing and compliance documents, and NCDS.

- Counsel on aspects of routine commercial lending work, including cash flow, lending, acquisition finance, asset-based loan transactions, and floor plan financing.

- Representing lenders on an array of financial product and transactions including secured lending, refinancing/take out financing/shared back financing, debentures issuance and more complex and hybrid financing.

Ideal Candidate:

- Must hold L.L.M Degree from Reputed Law School with specialization in Finance Law and a strong record of academic success.

- Should be from Reputed Law Firms in India.

- Must have extensive experience in working as lender's legal counsel on financing transactions.

- Experience in banking regulations is essential.

- Adept at advising on the new Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
