EXPERIENCE:

8-10 years of which 2-3 years needs to be into core talent acquisition

REQUIREMENTS :

- A talent acquisition professional with about 8-10 years of experience of which a min of 2-3 years needs to be into recruitment and talent acquisition.

- He/She will work very closely with senior folks in the portfolio firms to understand requirements and support and consult accordingly.

- The candidate needs to be open to hiring for both tech and non tech roles.

- He/she will hire across levels (mid and senior) and domains

- He/she will also be responsible to manage external consultants who will support the hiring alongside

- Strong communication skills, ability to understand businesses across domains and ability to convert candidates
