Senior Associate/AVP - Product Control - financial institution

Our client is a top tier international financial institution actively seeking an experienced finance professional for their Product Control team. This is a Sr. Associate/AVP role, and you will be responsible for improving the overall control framework in Product Control.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Establish watertight internal controls.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across globe to design overall controls and ensure desired implications.

- Monitoring of key controls/ processes around Daily P&L & Balance Sheet and performing / reviewing month-end Actuals Vs Flash reconciliations at Country level.

- Coordinate with different verticals to drive and gauge control prerequisites.

- Analyze and refine existing controls.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- CA / CFA mandatory.

- Qualified accountant or MBA in Finance.

- Strong understanding of financial products (FX, Credit, Treasury) & markets.

- Should have significant experience in Product control domain.

- Having good articulation skills.

- Go-getter displaying initiative, diligence & efficiency.

- 8 years - 15 years experience required.
