Senior Associate/AVP - Equity Capital Market - Investment Banking - CA/CS/LLM/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Role and Responsibilities

- Execution of equity capital market transactions including main board Initial Public Offerings (IPO), Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), Rights Issue and other fund raising / advisory services incl pre-IPO

- Handle due-diligence and pre/post processes for IPOs/ QIPs / Rights Issue / Buybacks etc.

- Sound knowledge of SEBI and capital market related regulations

- Drafting, documentation and liaising with legal firms, regulators, stock exchanges, etc.

- Undertake financial analysis of Companies

- Prepare pitch/credential book, financial model and conduct detailed valuation analysis (including DCF)

- Have a good pulse of the capital markets across sectors to identify current/on-going IPO opportunities

- Assist the team in origination activities

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- 2 years full time MBA from premier institute / CA / CS /LLM or a combination of any two

- 5- 8 years of ECM execution work experience in Tier I Merchant Bank

- Client facing personality and industry network is desirable

- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

- Good team player
