Senior Associate/AVP - Credit Risk Supply Chain Finance - NBFC

Job Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi / Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for conducting detailed credit due diligences on NBFCs / Fintechs / Mid-Large Size Corporates

- Prepare credit reports, and seek approvals from Credit Committee for the Co-lending program / Supply Chain Anchor program

- Analyze, and structure data provided by clients

- Responsible for evaluating business models, meetings with CXOs/Senior management of companies, and thorough field diligence (HO/CO/Branches/Factory/Dealer/Vendor visits)

- Evaluate the feasibility of the program through coordination across internal/external teams, recommending product structures, limits & recourse requirement basis loss estimation

- Prepare credit reports for presentation to Credit Committee & provide regular updates to Credit Committee - Anchor updates, portfolio insights and also finalize process flow and transaction documents

- Interacting and liaising with internal as well as external stakeholders

- Provide suggestions on limits, structure, new product introduction, portfolio Rebalancing, etc

- Should Identify early warning signs of credit deterioration

Job Requirements:

- CA / CFA / MBA - Finance

- 4+ years of experience in NBFC underwriting/corporate underwriting for Supply Chain Anchors

- Should have experience in appraising working capital loans/Supply Chain finance cases

- Should have experience in credit monitoring teams of Banks / NBFCs / PE / Debt funds / Rating agencies

- Ability to interact with promoters/CXOs and glean information through physical discussions

- Willing to travel extensively pan-India for on-field monitoring of clients

- Analyzing financial statements, managing and interpreting data

- Strong oral & written communication skills, ability to work under pressure

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
