Senior Associate/Associate - US Corporate Tax - Big4

We are looking for early joiners.

For SeniorAssociate/Associate:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The Tax Senior is responsible for reviewing trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns, preparing complex tax returns; and assisting in reporting and MIS activities.

- Support Service implementations from start to finish (planning, executing, directing, and completing tax projects).

- Supervise and train staff and New Joiners on tax projects.

- Conduct Quality Reviews of returns prepared by staff.

- Proactively interact with key client engagement team to gather information and resolve tax-related problems

- Gain understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives.

For Associate:

- Collects, assimilates, and analyzes data and uses standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions in the Tax business.

- Develops knowledge of current tax legislation across US Business Tax.

- Prepares tax provisions using technical skills to accurately complete calculations and follow Firm policies and procedures.

- Recognizes the key capabilities required to deliver a high quality service experience to the client.

- Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent.

Understands key business accounting concepts such as depreciation, provisions and has a fair understanding of financial statements.

- Experience

- A minimum of 4 to 6 of corporate tax experience in an accounting firm

- Experience with corporate taxation and partnerships

- Strong knowledge of FAS 109

- Experience with corporate taxation and partnerships

- Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams
