We are looking for Candidates with 4 -7 yrs of exp in Investment Banking. The Opportunity is with a Tier One Boutique Investment Advisory Organization - Majorly worked on M&amp;A / PE transactions. Location : Bangalore Designation : Senior Associate / AVP Responsibilities : - Create and manage strong independent relationships with Corporates (on the sell side and large strategic), VC &amp; PE at senior positions with minimal partner involvement, expand client base with new wins and conversions (both existing and new clients) - Build strong external networks. These have to be leveraged for building and growing the firm's business - Independently lead complex deal execution. String understanding of the key deal issues. Act as a trusted Business Advisor - Participate in advising clients on strategic issues and understanding client's needs - Should have experience in closing deals. - Extensive experience of developing pitches independently - Comprehensive understanding of financial modeling and valuation - Knowledge of deal structuring- commercials (both strategic &amp; PE/VC) - Deal origination track record and demonstrate relationship with strategics and PE/C investors - Have good working experience of financial analysis and strategy Industry Knowledge : - Deep expertise &amp; understanding of TMT Like - ITES/ IT / E- Commerce / Tech /BPM/Software/Fintech/emerging tech / Telecom/ Electronics / Semiconductors etc industry - Trends and business models - Strong knowledge of player landscape, strategies and key differentiation - including valuation drivers, business, business models - Understanding of the key deal imperative and M&amp;A strategies of large strategics/PE control Diana Transcend HR Solutions
