Role and responsibilities: - Manage end to end payroll and statutory compliances. - Ensure effective execution of the selection process, post offer engagement and pre and post onboarding activities. - Maintain in depth knowledge of labour requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing statutory risks & ensuring regulatory compliance. - Develop & monitor informative HR dashboards to track key metrics for HR operations for continuous improvement. - Prepare periodic reports related to employee data as per organizational needs. - Bring best experiences in onboarding and offboarding. Incumbent must have : - Proficiency in Payroll and statutory compliances, preferred 2-5 years of experience. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. - Strong understanding of Labour laws - Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and should be a result oriented person. - High degree of artfulness and tact in managing issues and difficult situations - Proficiency in making timely, effective, ethics-based decisions. - Ability to prioritize tasks in line with fast-changing business needs. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Must be highly analytical, logical & have a number driven aptitude. - Excellent understanding of Microsoft office. - Should be comfortable and confident to manage internal and external stakeholders. - Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives - Immediate joining preferred Location: Kurla, Mumbai About Symbo: Symbo is an Insurtech company disrupting the way insurance products are distributed.
