Job Description
- Responsible for the project sales
- Formulate business development strategies to develop business.
- Identifying potential customers for Elevators/Escalators business. Generate leads from Architects Builders, Contractors & Consultants.
- Achieving self-order bookings as per the monthly budgeted targets and helping teammates in achieving their targets.
- Working on major projects and plays a key role in order finalization.
- Well-versed with technicalities of complete product range and awareness of competitors market and their strengths and weaknesses.
- Implementation of procedures from the inquiry stage to order books in a systematic way
- Responsible for coordination and follow-up with a factory on order input data, pricing, GADs, and other details.
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with the customers till handing over of the lifts.
- Establish good PR with all Builders, Infra Companies, Architects, consultants, PMC and construction companies.
- Participating in online Government Tenders issued by various departments.
